Took a phone to get fixed. They were not able to complete the repair due to it being close to closing time. Employee said to bring it back another day. Took it another day in the morning at 8:40 and was told it would take about 4 hours. They had paperwork with information about the phone from the first appointment. When I went back to pick up the phone I was told they did not fix or attempt to fix it because employee said it was a different iPhone model. Yet the paperwork said the correct model and was sign before dropping off the phone. Employees here did not care and I live about 45 miles away and made 2 trips with no results.

Bought a replacement battery for my UTV there. It was a lead acld type so they filled it with acid and said it needed to be charged for 30 min. I was on a tight schedule so we decided i would charge overnight with my charger. While they filling the battery I asked them to check my automobile remote. The guy said the button battery was weak. I said ok, replace it. There was no signs posted and he never told me a price. Imagine my surprise at the $15.99 price for the 5 minutes it took to pop open the case and insert the battery. Back to the UTV battery. Got it home, charged it over night, went to install it. No battery bolts. The ones from the old battery won’t fit. Called and complained and the person I spoke to said “Oh, I see you bought the CHEAP one” and said “We might have some laying around”. Really?? It is 50 mile round trip for me. I doubt I’ll ever darken their doorway again. He also said “He wasn’t the person who waited on me but be would of told me the $15.99 fob fee was the standard price”. Buyers beware.

Just had my phone battery replaced. It cost Just under $100 and took an hour. Way less hassle and far cheaper than a new one. Great experience. My wife will probably take hers in next week.

Absolutely amazing service! They made a perfect copy of my Toyota key, including the built-in immobilizer and alarm, super fast and completely hassle-free. See updated review below: Problem solved!! Please save your money do no buy here!!! I have a battery that still has more than a year left on the warranty, they will not honor it saying “battery misuse”. May a dome light was left on. Are you kidding me? That is misuse???? OR - OR?, or just a way to get out of warranty. I’ve been driving for over 50 years. I’ve gone through a lot of batteries and this is the very first time I’ve had a company that did not honor their warranty. Please save your money and go to a different place to buy your battery if you need one. I will say that there was one very nice young man up there that was helping me his name was Jake up and he was awesome but the problem was above his pay grade nothing he could do to help me. EDITED TO ADD UPDATE: As soon as I made this post in less than 10 minutes, the owner made a comment, and then the store reached out to me again, and told me that the Battery in question would be covered by them, so I am changing my one star to a five star based on the speed and the customer service that I was not expecting all the guys behind the counter were outstanding.
